Personal Care Providers are responsible for assisting residents with all Activities of Daily
Living.  This includes all personal care, medicine distribution, cleaning of rooms and facility,
dining hall duties and additional duties as instructed by Supervisor. Must follow established
policies and procedures set forth by regulation.
